Fly Vegas is a virtual airline owned wholly and totally by Tim Davis, established on April 19, 2012. No attempt has been made to publish, advertise or otherwise convince anyone that Fly Vegas is anything but a virtual airline, operated for recreational entertainment.

Wrangler Air Charters is a subsidiary virtual airline owned by Tim Davis. The Wrangler Air Charters airline logo and airline concept/structure was designed by Sam Scott and Mich Custom Graphics. All materials have been created for the exclusive use of Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters pilots.

All companies in the home page Affiliations section have given their permission to use their logo's and link to their associated website.

The graphic used for the Wrangler Air logo (cowboy/horse) was obtained as a free clip art image and no one associated with Fly Vegas or Wrangler Air Charters makes claim to ownership/creation of that particular image. The author of the cowboy/horse image is unknown.

The image of the poker chip Fly Vegas logo is used with permission from the author, Chiplab.com. The owner of Fly Vegas / Wrangler Air Charters makes no claim to ownership of the base poker chip image. The copyright and all rights to said base image belong solely to Chiplab.com.

Fly Vegas and Wrangler Air Charters were created in the spirit of flight simulation fun and are not to be considered under any circumstances as any type of "for profit" operation or business. All downloadable repaints, airport scenery files for Microsoft Flight Simulator X and associated items shall always be available for free for the exclusive use of pilots operating with Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters. Re-distribution or use in print, websites or any other manner of images, repaints or other materials from Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters without written permission from Tim Davis is expressly prohibited.

Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters repaints may not be authorized for re-distribution by Tim Davis or anyone associated with Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters on any other website other than www.flyvegasvirtual.com & www.wranglerair.com without the expressed written consent of the repaint author. All Fly Vegas / Wrangler Air Charters repaints are done solely for the use of Fly Vegas / Wrangler Air Charters and are used with written permission from the repaint author.

Neither Tim Davis nor any Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters repaint author make any claim to any aircraft model design or ownership. All after market (add-on) aircraft models must be either purchased or downloaded from their respective websites before the Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters repaints can be used.

"kb_static_aircraft" have been used in some airport scenery files and no one associated with Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air makes any claim to the creation/design of those static models. The kb_static_aircraft file must be downloaded from the original author's website by the user before those planes will be seen in Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters airport scenery files.

Airport scenery files (for Microsoft Flight Simulator X & Microsoft Flight Simulator X-Steam Edition) are designed and created using Airport Design Editor and all downloads are certified to be free of any virus or hidden spyware, however use at own risk, no liability assumed by either Tim Davis or anyone associated with Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters or Airport Design Editor. Airport scenery files are created for the use of Fly Vegas/Wrangler Air Charters pilots and may not be uploaded to any website without the expressed written consent of the scenery file author. Custom buildings designed and created by Mich G. and Sam S. for use in Airport Design Editor are used with written permission from Mich G & Sam S.
